Founder — Sheikh-ul-Hadith (d. 2020)
The late Mufti Muhammad Naeem (RA) led Jamia Binoria Aalamia from a Karachi seminary to an institution with international reach. A jurist and teacher of Hadith, he placed scholarship, public service and engagement with contemporary questions at the centre of its mission.
During his leadership, Binoria expanded its Darul Ifta, welfare, media and international student work. His legacy remains visible in the institution's commitment to education, service and access to authentic scholarship.
Patron-in-Chief & Guiding Elder
Qari Abdul Haleem (RA) is remembered as a guiding elder whose devotion helped shape the spirit of Binoria. His emphasis on disciplined learning, character and service became part of the institution's enduring culture.
That early vision — scholarship joined with compassion and responsibility — continues to inform Binoria's educational, spiritual and community work.

Dr. Mufti Noman Naeem carries forward the founding vision of Jamia Binoria Aalamia as President, guiding its educational, juridical, welfare and institutional work.
His leadership focuses on strengthening scholarship, research, international engagement and institutional development while preserving the academic tradition on which Binoria was built.

Binoria is administered as a non-political, non-profit institution. Its educational, financial and welfare activities are overseen by experienced scholars and administrators and subject to internal and external review.
A network of more than seven hundred faculty and staff supports the daily life of the institution — from teaching and research to welfare, technology and student care.
