How we collect information

We may receive personal information directly from you when you complete a form, make a donation, contact us, apply for admission, sponsor a student, submit a question or use an official communication channel.

Fatwa, counselling & sensitive information

Questions submitted to Darul Ifta, counselling, arbitration or similar services may contain highly personal information about family matters, religious questions, finances, health, disputes or other sensitive circumstances.

Confidentiality is especially important here.We aim to restrict access to authorised personnel and use such information only as necessary to review, respond to or administer the service. Personal identifiers should not be published without appropriate permission or another lawful basis.

Donations & payment information

When you donate online or transfer funds, your bank, card network or payment service provider may process payment credentials and transaction information under its own privacy and security terms.

Jamia Binoria may receive transaction references, donor details, donation amount, payment status and other information needed for verification, receipts, accounting and donor communication. We generally do not need to receive or store complete card credentials to acknowledge a donation.
